Speaking

I bring an architect’s eye and a design leader’s operating experience to conversations about work, behaviour and the systems that quietly shape human life.

Speaker biography

Global practice, grounded thinking

Luis Portas de Ibérico Nogueira is a Portuguese architect, workplace strategist, author and educator. His career across Portugal, China and the Netherlands has included design leadership at WeWork Greater China and European design management for NIO. He speaks from direct experience of building teams, spatial systems and branded environments across cultures—connecting practical design decisions with larger questions of behaviour, identity and human meaning.
